Deutsche Telekom plans to create up to 4,000 new jobs in Germany in 2008, offering a range of job opportunities for experienced experts, university graduates and junior staff completing vocational training. Recruitment areas include IT, high-tech product development, business management and sales and services. It also plans to provide 3,800 extra traineeships across 39 locations in 2008, giving the company a trainee ratio of around 8 percent.
