Hits Telecom takes 49% stake in Unicel (Brazil)Hits Telecom has acquired a 49% stake in local Brazilian mobile operator Unicel, according to Telecompaper. Unicel acquired a mobile licence last year for the Sao Paolo region and is expected to launch GSM services in June. No financial details of the transaction were released.
