 Management reshuffle at Alcatel-Lucent (USA)

Alcatel-Lucent has announced that its chief administrative officer, Frank D’Amelio, would leave the group to become CFO at Pfizer, and that its president for science, technology and strategy, Mike Quigley, would step down and return to his native Australia. Etienne Fouques, currently head of the carrier business segment, will take over Quigley’s role in addition to overseeing the services business group, under the continued leadership of John Meyer. Michel Rahier, head of the wireline business group will assume the overall leadership of the carrier business segment, which includes Alcatel-Lucent’s wireline, wireless, and convergence businesses.
