Mobistar CEO to become CEO of BTC on 1 January (Bulgaria)Bulgarian telecommunications operator BTC will appoint Bernard Moscheni Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on 1 January 2008. He succeeds Martin Staub, who will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of BTC as non-executive member. Bernard Moscheni is currently CEO of Belgian mobile operator Mobistar, a post he will leave at the end of the year.
