 Nehama to buy 8.5% of Bezeq consortium

Telegeography writes….The outgoing chairman of Bank Hapoalim, Shlomo Nehama, is expected to sign an agreement with the Apax Partners-Saban Capital-Arkin (Ab-Sab-Ar) Holdings consortium, owner of a 30% stake in Israeli telco Bezeq, under which Nehama will acquire 8.5% of the consortium. As it stands Apax and Saban each own 45% of Ab-Sab-Ar, and Moshe Arkin owns 10%.
