T-Mobile Netherlands is suing KPN subsidiary Telfort over an advertising campaign. T-Mobile alleges that Telfort’s advertising campaign which compares several subscriptions from different operators is wrong. In the ads, Telfort claims one of its subscriptions is cheaper than T-Mobile’s offers. T-Mobile says Telfort is misleading customers by not including SMS or voicemail costs in its comparison. Telfort, however, says its ads compare the tariffs within a bundle and believes the ads are not misleading, a Telfort spokesperson told Telecompaper.
