Virgin Mobile launches iPhone 3G plans in Australia (Australia)
Virgin Mobile, MVNO, has launched the Apple iPhone 3G plans in Australia. Along with Virgin Mobile, Telstra, Vodafone and Optus are also offering iPhone 3G in Australia. Now, 3 Australia is the only exception in mobile operators that doesnt provide an iPhone 3G offer.
The offers are:
- 16 GB model for AUD 4 per month on a AUD 70 per month plan – includes AUD 520 worth of credit and 1 GB data
- AUD 100 per month plan that offers the 16 GB iPhone for free – includes AUD 520 worth of call credit and 5 GB of data
- 8 GB model is free on both the AUD 70 and AUD 100 plan with same amount of call credits and data as for the 16 GB plans
