The package can be activated any day of the month and is valid until the end of it. In case you Fantasy or postpaid subscriber, you will receive package calculated proportionally days left in month. If you are user Alocard / Yoyo – you get the whole package, and the following reception of the package and the taxation will take place over 30 days.

Once activated, the payment of subscription option will automatically extract the beginning of each month. To give the grant automatic monthly package 3.5G, is necessary to disable the option by accessing the menu * 333 # ok.

Minutes for video calls can only be used in network Moldcell. Internet traffic can be used both in the 2G network, and 3G.

Points are offered according to the monthly credit a subscriber uses to make calls, send text messages or access the internet. The bonus can be used to make on-net calls, to add prepay options, purchase SMS packages or to use Orange World. In order to receive the prepaid points the subscribers will have to register themselves by sending an SMS to a four-digit number. Each subscriber is offered 100 prepaid points when registering, while the rest of the points are attributed every month according to the amount of monthly credit used. Subscribers can obtain 80 points for MDL 50 credit used per month, 200 points for MDL 50-100, 500 points for 100-150 MDL, 800 points for MDL 150-250 and 1400 points for over MDL 250.

The susbcribers who purchase a Samsung or Nokia mobile phone will receive free on-net communication at weekends for one year following subscription to the Fantasy plan. The offer gives 60 free minutes per weekend. Moldcell will offer the Samsung E1125 handset for MDL 20, Samsung C5212 for MDL 100, Nokia 5130 for MDL 60 and Nokia 6120 for MDL 100. The promotion is available until 30 June.

Once a subscriber’s friend registers to Moldcell’s Alocard or Fantasy packages, the subscriber has to send an SMS containing their friend’s phone number to the 7272 short number.
The bonus offers 40 free minutes for calls within the operator’s network for a Fantasy connection or 20 on-net minutes for a new Alocard subscriber.
Subscribers can bring in up to 10 new subscribers every month and enjoy the bonus for every connection.

Until 31 May, subscribers can make unlimited calls by paying up for the first two minutes of a call. The maximum call duration is 20 minutes. The promotion is not applicable to calls made during Happy Hours and is unavailable to the subscribers who use the MDL 0.01 per minute tariff for on-net calls at weekends.

The service provider is offering the postpaid subscribers free on-net minutes which can be used between 20:00 hours and 08:00 from Monday to Friday and also anytime during the weekends.
The operator has also slashed the mobile internet monthly tariff by 22%, with the cost of per MB transferred reaching MDL 2.5.
With the MDL 10 priced Club option, postpaid residential subscribers will be able to make on-net calls for MDL 0.10 per minute.
Also starting this April, Orange offers 50% extra fidelity minutes each month to subscribers with more than six months of service with the operator. These minutes can be used to make calls nationally or internationally after completing monthly minutes and to buy lower priced phones from Orange shops (1 fidelity minute equals MDL 1).
In another promotion, Orange offers its new postpaid subscribers one hour of calls to a favourite number per month. This promotion is available till 31 May.

Geocell has dropped the prices for the calls made to the Azercell network in Azerbaijan, Moldcell in Moldova, K’Cell network in Kazakhstan, Ucell in Uzbekistan and Indigo in Tajikistan.
The Lai-Lai prepaid subscribers visiting these countries can make calls at a price of GEL 2.05 per minute for outgoing calls to Georgia and Gel 1.5 for incoming calls. The subscribers can send SMS at a cost of GEL 0.60/SMS.

The operator has also enhanced its 3G coverage Chisinau suburbs Cricova and Ialoveni. The operator further plans to roll out ther stations in Taraclia, Hancesti, Drochia and other regions.
