Telcro Grupa has chosen Netherlands-based MVNE Aspider Solutions to provide business process outsourcing systems for its first MVNO launch in Croatia. Telcro is a Croatian and American company, setting up MVNOs in both countries and with plans to expand its MVNO service across southeast Europe. The two companies started working together at the end of 2006 and in March 2007 signed a memorandum of understanding. They are also cooperating on the US MVNO launch. Once launched in Croatia, Telcro will focus on marketing and sales efforts and crucial processes for the customer experience, while Aspider will focus on providing business process outsourcing. Currently, Telcro is in contact and negotiations with all network operators in the Croatian market, as well as other market players such as the government and regulator, on developing the MVNO market there.
