Azercell introduces SimSim scratch card for AZM 1 (Azerbaijan)
www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Azercell, the Azerbaijan based mobile operator has introduced a SimSim scratch card priced at AZM 1. The subscribers will receive 160 units for on-network calls. The card campaign is valid from 1 April to 30 June. The scratch card expires in 14 days for Aciq Xett subscribers and seven days for GencSim and Bizden Bize subscribers.
