Nokia Intros Music Accessories

Nokia has announced several enhancements to heighten the mobile and music experience of users.

The array of enhancements includes advanced music headphones HS-62 and stereo headset HS-81; portable music speakers MD-3 and MD-4; and Bluetooth headsets BH-801, BH-302, and the classic BH-207.

A full-sized advanced music headphone from Nokia, the HS-62 offers hi-fi quality music through 40mm stereo speakers. It can be folded for easy storage and travel purposes.

The Nokia Stereo Headset HS-81 is developed and produced in co-operation with Sennheiser Communications. The headset, optimized for hands-free use, has a strong neckband for good support, and comfortable sized ear pads. The HS-81 comes in a combination of stylish black/grey.

Weighing only 130g, the Nokia Mini Speaker MD-4 comes in a thin, V-shaped innovative design that fits into the pocket. It features a built-in stereo amplifier, and an integrated radio antenna, which allows tuning-in to favorite radio stations while on the go. The Nokia Music Speaker MD-3 with a classic design, features excellent bass and sound.

Both portable music speakers are compatible with a 3.5mm audio connector. They come bundled with Nokia’s Audio Adapter AD-15, Universal Headphone Adapter AD-50, and Travel Charger AC-4.

Out of the three new Bluetooth headsets launched by Nokia, the BH-801, weighing 11 grams, is the latest in a line of premium wireless headsets. It is a hassle-free, long-lasting device, providing up to six hours of talk time, and up to 160 hours of stand by time. It comes with an optional ear loop for added comfort.

The other two Bluetooth headsets; the BH-302, and the BH-207, are fashion accessories for aspiring technology types. Both feature the multifunction button that allows controlling of call functions. The BH-302 is a small headset with the adjustable ear loop. It provides up to 10 hours of talk time or up to 195 hours of standby, while the BH-207 has up to seven and a half hours of talk time or standby for up to 140 hours. The BH-207 is available in Black with Chrome detail.

The Bluetooth headsets and music accessories are expected to be available commercially during Autumn 2006. The pricing has not been revealed as yet.
