IPMobile changes hands, denies 2GHz spectrum rumours
Telecompaper writes…Mori Trust has become the majority shareholder in Japanese communications provider IPMobile following an agreement with Multimedia Research Institute. IPMobile said it will review its capital structure and continue to raise investments required to launch commercial mobile services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Furthermore, IPMobile denied rumours that it is giving up its 2GHz spectrum allocation as reported in the media.
