Etisalat India selects Tech Mahindra to provide customer billing solutions

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Etisalat DB Telecom India (Swan Telecom), the new entrant in the Indian mobile foray, has reportedly selected Tech Mahindra, an IT solutions provider, for a a majority portion of the Rs 1,500-crore telecom IT outsourcing deal. A Letter of Intent (LoI) regarding the contract has been awarded to Tech Mahindra, while the company is yet to respond to this.
Tech Mahindra will be providing services for customer billing solutions, which comprises around 50-60% of the total IT contract.
