Azercell introduces Talking Message service (Azerbaijan)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Azercell, the Azerbaijani operator has commenced a new offer dubbed as Danisan Mesaj (Talking Message) service for all subscribers. The service allows subscribers to register a message through a phone call. The receiver will be able to hear the message by dialling a special number. The service fee is at 11 units. The first 30 seconds of listening to the message are free and 11 units per minute thereafter.
