Digitel to purchase 3Mn additional shares in Sun Cellular (Philippines)
Digitel Telecommunications Philippines Inc (DTPI), is in the process to buy additional shares to be issued by Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc (DMPI), its mobile arm that operates Sun Cellular. DTPI will reportedly purchase 3 million shares in its mobile subsidiary for $40.89 each.
