Gameloft tops UK games chart
Gameloft’s Deal or No Deal was the best selling game on UK operator portals in November, according to official figures from ELSPA/ChartTrack.
The mobile version of the hit TV game show went straight to the top in its first month of availability, edging out EA’s Need for Speed: Carbon.
But EA dominates the chart overall, with seven games placed in the top ten as Tetris, The Sims and FIFA continue to sell well.
There’s no room in the top 20 for original IP, however, with all titles either based on licensed content or already-established gaming brands.
