The subscribers can have an access to the phone with seven T-Mobile Tariffs, Call Austria, Call & Surf Austria, Call Europe, Call & Surf Europe, Call Easy, Classic and Supreme. The 16 GB version is priced at EUR 249, EUR 149, EUR 149, EUR 49, EUR 479, EUR 149 or EUR 49 and the 32 GB version is tagged at EUR 249, EUR 349, EUR 169, EUR 349, EUR 569, EUR 249 or EUR 169.

Orange Austria is offering the 16 GB version for EUR 69 with Team Orange 39 plus iPhone package, for EUR 119 with Team Orange 35 with iPhone package, and for EUR 199 with Team Orange Young plus iPhone package, while the 32 GB version is priced at EUR 169, EUR 219 and EUR 299 correspondingly.

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Regulator of Austria, TKK has issued its decision for the mobile termination fees that Austrian mobile operators Mobilkom Austria, T-Mobile Austria, Orange Austria and 3 Austria can charge.

The MTA fees are set at EUR 0.045 per minute until 30 June of this year, at EUR 0.04 per minute from 1 July of this year until 31 December of this year, at EUR 0.035 per minute between 1 January and 30 June 2010, at EUR 0.0301 per minute between 1 July and 31 December 2010 and at EUR 0.0251 per minute between 1 January and 31 May 2011.

The operators have six weeks to file an appeal against the decision of the regulator at administrative court or constitutional court.

The HSPDA handset features a full touch screen, 3 megapixel camera, MP3 player, radio with RDS, Bluetooth, 80 MB memory and microSD card up to 8 GB. The handset will be available from Orange shops free on certain contracts.

The subscribers who activate the tariff before 31 May, pay EUR 10/month until the end of 2009 instead EUR 20. At the same time, subscribers do not have to pay the EUR 49.95 activation fee and subscribers ordering online will receive EUR 40 webshop bonus as well.

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Yesss!, the Orange Austria’s discount subsidiary, will now offer a new mobile internet tariff which includes 1 GB data use for EUR 5 per month. Every additional GB will be charged at EUR 5 and Yesss! subscribers will receive an automatic alert when 80% of their data volume is used. The service has no minimal contract period and also offers a minute fee of EUR 0.09 for calls within Austria, while sending SMSs will cost EUR 0.13/SMS.

One, the Austrian mobile operator, will be renamed to Orange Austria from 22 September 2008.
One had launched an announcement campaign for the name change a few days back, but hadn’t revealed the final name change date.
With coming of the name change, One will also become the the fifth largest mobile operator in the world.
The 2 million One subscribers will be informed about the change in the name and also the new tariffs and services. The changes will be made on tariffs and conditions and the name in their handsets from One to Orange. All the existing One World stores will be renamed Orange shops.
One has invested nearly EUR 20 million for the name change and it came into being due to the acquisition of One by Orange and venture capitalist Mid Europa Partners (MEP) during 2007.
