France Telecom’s new all-inclusive quad-play package under probe (France)

If reports are to be believed, French regulators are investigating France Telecom’s new all-inclusive quad-play (mobile, fixed voice telephony, broadband and TV) bundles over concerns that  they alters competition and limits consumer choice by requiring contracts lasting two years.

Consumer associations have criticized the two-year contract length, and although Bouygues Telecom and SFR also offer quad-play packages neither require 24-month contracts.
