ZTE and Huawei Technologies won CDMA equipment contracts from China Telecom (China)

Huawei Technologies and Alcatel- Lucent have won the CNY 27.9 billion worth CDMA equipment contracts from state-owned telecommunications operator China Telecom.
China Telecom has revealed the results of the bidding invitation for CDMA equipment, which was won by Huawei and ZTE. Both the firms won about 40% of the orders, followed by Alcatel-Lucent, with approximately 20%, sources reveal. Fujian Fujitsu Communication Software also got a part in the contract. (more…)
