The eFax service provides Batelco subscribers with the capability of streamlining inbound and outbound fax communications directly to their email accounts. The system forwards incoming fax communications to the user’s inbox and can send email messages with attachments directly to any fax machine or another account. This saves users the time-consuming process of retrieving fax communications while eliminating a paper trail.
“Globitel was able to upgrade our e-Fax service in a manner that was as speedy as it was effective, and the results could not be better,” said Batelco GM Products and Service Adel Daylami.
