Mobily offers free handset & credit to new Fallah prepaid subscribers (Saudi Arabia)

The new offer will offer SR75′s worth of free minutes to all national networks along with a Motorola handset and a two-month free subscription to the Hawwel service with SR10 in credit, at a price of SR199.
The service and free minutes can be activated once the package is used for the first time. The free minutes can also be used to make video calls on Mobily numbers.
The service is aimed at youth, enabling them to make calls at a reduced tariff of 35 halalas between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as opposed to the normal rate of 65 halalas
