RTIL-Swan in talks for infrastructure sharing deal (India)
Swan Telecom and Reliance Telecom Infrastructure (RTIL) are in advanced talks for infrastructure sharing business proposition. RCom’s infrastructure arm has around 47,000 towers across India. If the deal between both the companies finalizes, Swan will be able to roll out its commercial services soon. There will also be reduced capex in case of such sharing agreements for Swan.
