CAT agrees to sell another ISP stake (Thailand)
www.WirelessFederation.com/news: CAT Telecom is going to sell a 32% stake in Jasmine Internet (Ji-Net) to the ISP’s majority owner Jasmine International for just THB5.8 million (USD173,000). Followed to this announcement, CAT’s cut-price sale of a 32% stake in another well-known Thai ISP, KSC, with majority controller True Corp upping its ownership to close to 100%. CAT is targeting to dispose of its minority stakes in around ten other ISPs.
