Sony Ericsson launches W705 Walkman phone in India
www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Sony Ericsson has rolled out its W705 Walkman phone in the Indian mobile handset market. The slider handset is designed to deliver an enhanced mobile entertainment experience.
Sony Ericsson W705 supports Sony Ericsson’s Project Capuchin API and offers Sony Ericsson’s Java Platform 8 (JP-8) and the Mobile Services Architecture (MSA) umbrella standard (JSR 248).
The handset features applications and games which can use the in-built accelerometer supported by the Mobile Sensor API (JSR 256). The W705 also features a 320—240 pixel 262K TFT QVGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera, 120MB internal memory, and a DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance) server to connect to compatible devices.
