www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Bharat Airtel Limited today has introduced “Journalist Card” which gives many benefits to the journalists using Airtel SIM card. Under the scheme, the charge for Close User Group (CUG) is 30 paise per minute. The card has been launched for the convenient of the communication among the scribes, said the Chief Operating Officer.

As per the scheme, the subscribers will be given facilities of talking at the rate of 50 paise per minute during the time from 11 pm till 6 am and in the other normal time, the talk for local caller rate will be Re 1 while Rs 1.50 for the STD calls. For Airtel to Airtel, the charge will be 25 paise while with other users will be Re 1 per minute and Rs 1.50 per minute for STD. Under this scheme, subscribers are not required to pay security deposit and application charge.
