Virgin Mobile launches lowest £8.50 tariff, competes with 3 (UK)
Virgin Mobile launches the lowest contract tariffs in the UK market in rivalry with 3′s £9 offer. The subscribers to this contract tariff can enjoy 100 minutes and 100 text messages for £8.50 per month. Handsets like Samsung G600, LG KC550 and Nokia 3120 will be available free on the tariff.
According to Virgin Mobile managing director Graeme Oxby said: In these financially challenging times where customers are tightening their purse-strings, our market leading £8.50 monthly package will allow people to stay in touch without the added worry of a hefty phone bill. Customers will also able to choose from a selection of some of the best handsets available.â€
