Roamware names CFO

Mr. Wood has held executive financial positions for the past 26 years. Prior to joining Roamware, Mr. Wood was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Liberate Technologies, an interactive TV platform provider. Prior to this, Mr Wood was Chief Financial Officer at DRM technology provider InterTrust Technologies where he was responsible for finance and other administrative functions.
