www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Bharti Airtel, India’s leading mobile operator, introduced a new add-on feature for subscribers, dubbed as Special 5. The service allows subscribers to choose a circle of five Airtel numbers, for which the call tariffs will be as low as 20 paise per minute on local calls and 50 paise per minute on STD calls.
“It helps leverage our large customer-base across the country and thus gives the edge to our customers,” Bharti Airtel’s CEO, Mobility, Manu Talwar said.
In the prepaid plan, subscribers can register the five numbers and enjoy the benefits over and above the current tariff benefits.
For post-paid subscribers, the scheme will be available as an exclusive special 5 plan.
