T-2 forced to begin debt settlement (Slovenia)

The Municipal Court in Maribor has reportedly begun forced debt settling proceedings over alternative Slovenian telco T-2, with creditors given a month, until 14 February 2011, to submit their claims.

T-2 is legally bound to pay an advance for costs of forced debt settling in the amount of US$44,000 within 15 days of receiving the court’s ruling, otherwise the court will announce the start of bankruptcy proceedings. T-2′s creditors include incumbent telco Telekom Slovenije.
