Vala launches USSD Prepaid Roaming service (Kosovo)

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: Vala, the Kosovo based mobile operator, has introduced a new USSD Prepaid Roaming service, which offers 50% reduction in roaming rates via 200 mobile operators across the globe. The service targets over 840,000 pre-paid Vala subscribers who will be able to receive SMS outside Kosovo at no charge.
