Ukraine added over 2 million new mobile subscribers in November, raising the total of active SIMs to 43.944 million from 41.847 million at the end of October, according to research by AC&M Consulting. Kyivstar remained the largest network operator, increasing its customer base to 19.066 million from 18.256 million in October, while UMC grew to 17.607 million from 16.919 million. Astelit increased its subscriber base to 5.400 million from 5.130 million a month earlier, and URS grew to 1.595 million from 1.272 million. Mobile penetration in Ukriane has now reached 92.3 percent, versus 87.9 percent in October.
